We recommend Tracked for all international customers. Please note, some destinations do not have standard shipping option. Any international non tracked items that go missing during shipping will not be refunded.

After successfully placing an order you will receive a confirmation of the order via email - check this to ensure we have the correct shipping and order details.
Orders will be processed as soon as they are made - but please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch. Please keep in mind business days do not include Weekends or Bank Holidays. At busier times of the year, or special events, please allow some extra time for processing.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
When we have dispatched your new order, you will receive an email with your dispatch confirmation and tracking number*. You can track the order within the first 24 Hours. Please note; standard airmail does not have tracking.
All orders below 2kg will be shipped with Royal Mail - orders above 2kg must be shipped by UPS, due to weight restrictions.
You are personally responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to an order outside of the UK. This isn't a shipping charge, but a legal requirement decided by the governing law where you live. Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due these charges will be liable for all costs shipping the order back - including the original cost of the shipping.
We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen after confirmed delivery; ensure to use a safe address at all times.
Please do not inquire about delivery of an order prior to the above listed time-frames. An order isn't deemed lost until 48 days past the date of dispatch.
If you have not received your order within 60 days from the dispatch date - let us know immediately.
My shipping address is wrong, can I change it?
NO! We can’t change your address once an item has been purchased as paypal does not cover it as a confirmed address. Please make sure that your address is right before you purchase. We do accept emails after informing that it’s wrong within the first 6 hours, we can refund you if you do make a mistake but you would have to re-order under the right address. It is fully the customers responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct.
