How do I wash my product..?
Quick wash in a 30 degree temperature. Any higher may cause shrinkage or damage to the print and may no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We aim to dispatch all orders that can be fulfilled from our stock room within 2-3 days after purchase. Orders for "Made to order" products are estimated to be dispatched 4 business days after purchase under normal operating conditions. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
After dispatch our estimated shipping times are:
UK – 2/3 Business Days from time of Dispatch
EU – 7/10 Business Days from time of Dispatch
International – 14/20 Business Days from time of Dispatch
International: Costs from £6.50 upward depending on order weight & destination (Free International Shipping for all orders over £100)
How long could you expect to wait?
UK – 2/3 Business Days (please allow 1 week to pass before contacting us)
EU – 6/10 Business Days (please allow 2 weeks to pass before contacting us)
Everywhere else – 10/16 Business Days (please allow 3 weeks to pass before contacting us)
UK mail is sent 1st Class Royal Mail with tracking information.
All International postage is sent tracked and will require a signature.
My shipping address is wrong, can I change it..?
NO! We can’t change your address once an item has been purchased as paypal does not cover it as a confirmed address. Please make sure that your address is right before you purchase. We do accept emails after informing that it’s wrong within the first 6 hours, we can refund you if you do make a mistake but you would have to re-order under the right address. It is fully the customers responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct.
Do you need a PayPal account to purchase from your store..?
No, you do not need a Paypal account to purchase from our store. If you proceed to the checkout it’ll direct you to the Paypal page which under ‘login’ it will give you the option to pay via card. Though if you have a Paypal account, you may use it.
What forms of payment do you accept..?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments via Paypal. We also accept eCheques however these take around 10-14 days to clear; your item will not be dispatched until this clears.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days; if 14 days have passed since the date of delivery without notification of intent to return the option to apply for a refund or exchange is voided.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
How to Return your item:
DO NOT return items without prior notification as this will void eligibility for any refund or exchange you may be entitled to.
Please include the following in the returns package:
- Your name & order number
- Your reason for return
- The action requested (exchange, store credit, refund)
- The original packaging (where possible)
Without this information there may be delays in processing your return.

No action will be taken on our part until we have received your return.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense; original shipping costs are refunded
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds
If the refund is not visible in your account after we have issued it please be patient as the time to process your transaction will vary depending on your payment provider. Please contact your payment provider before contacting us, they will have access to the transaction and associated details.

Non collected Items
If your order has been delivered to a mail depot, or equivalent, due to postal agent being unable to complete delivery it may be sent back to us. It is the customers responsibility to collect mail and any extra shipping costs required for redelivery are at the customer's expense.
