UK – 2/3 Business Days upon Dispatch
EU – 7/10 Business Days upon Dispatch

UK: Costs vary between £3.50 & £6 depending on weight of item (Free UK Shipping for all orders over £50.00)
International: Costs vary between £5.50 & £7.00 (Free International Shipping for all orders over £100)
Any additional items include £1.50 for postage.

How long should we expect to wait?
UK – 2/3 Business Days (please allow 1 week to pass before contacting us)
EU – 6/10 Business Days (please allow 2 weeks to pass before contacting us)

UK mail is sent 1st Class Royal Mail.
All International postage is sent tracked and will require a signature.

My shipping address is wrong, can I change it?

NO! We can’t change your address once an item has been purchased as paypal does not cover it as a confirmed address. Please make sure that your address is right before you purchase. We do accept emails after informing that it’s wrong within the first 6 hours, we can refund you if you do make a mistake but you would have to re-order under the right address. It is fully the customers responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct.


Do you need a PayPal account to purchase from your store

No, you do not need a Paypal account to purchase from our store. If you proceed to the checkout it’ll direct you to the Paypal page which under ‘login’ it will give you the option to pay via card. Though if you have a Paypal account, you may use it.

What forms of payment do you accept

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments via Paypal. We also accept eCheques however these take around 10-14 days to clear; your item will not be dispatched until this clears.

How do I wash my product?

Quick wash in a 30 degree temperature. Any higher can cause shrinkage and will no longer be eligible for a refund/ exchange.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If an item is damaged upon return unless talked about prior you will not be eligable for any refund/ exchange and the item will be returned back to you. Also please note that our garments are to be washed in a 30 degree wash any higher can cause shrinkage and will not be eligible for a refund if this occurs.

How to Return your item:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send this to:

Please fill this out BEFORE you return an item.

Once we have contact you back and received the returned item we will email you to notify that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


More often than not it’s hard to guess your size over the internet. This is not a problem. We’re happy to accept exchanges on all garments. Just email us at: and state reason for return etc. You will also be required to pay an additional postage fee:

– International (£12.00)

These fee’s are not exempt in our ‘Free Shipping’ Deal. If you were eligible for Free Shipping on the initial order this doesn’t make you exempt for exchange charges. All Exchange charges should be sent via paypal to:

Non collected Items

If an item isn’t collected from the post office upon dispatch it’s returned to us after 2 weeks. Once the item is back with us we will let you know that it wasn’t picked up and returned to us, with this you will need to pay postage again for the item if you wish us to send it out or, you can get a refund minus postage cost. If you get ‘free shipping’ with your order, this doesn’t protect you from the charges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund even if you were eligible for ‘Free Shipping’.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
